Cancellation Policy
As part of my continued effort to provide you with the very best of service and accommodate all appointment requests, I have implemented a cancellation policy. Massage therapy services are booked by appointment only and are reserved for your exclusive use.
Please provide 24 hours notice to cancel and appointment.
This will allow us to offer the appointment time to another client.
Your cooperation and understanding in this matter are greatly appreciated.
Late Policy
If the client arrives late for a scheduled appointment, the client will receive treatment for the time remaining and will be charged full price for the booked appointment.
No Show Policy
If the client fails to cancel or show up for a booked appointment, the client will be charged the full amount for the booked appointment which must be paid prior to receiving further treatment. Not having received a reminder call is not an accepted reason for a missed appointment.
I of course, am patient and compassionate to extenuating circumstances.
Habitual breeches of this policy will lead to it's implementation.
